the honest to goodness truth

But now you must rid yourselves of all such things as these: anger, rage, malice, slander, and filthy language from your lips. Sam Rayburn

Being kind includes speaking kindly as well – using “soft words” as a verbal hug.

So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand. Isaiah 41:10

When times are tough, try picturing yourself in the hollow of His hand. It will bring you peace.
